Everyone gets super except casuals, who are supposedly compensated for this by a higher hourly rate. Whoever earn enough money or work enough hours in a week ( I forget the exact way it works) and you can recieve super as a casual by working roughly the same hours as a full timer or part timer.

Pick whatever university you want to go to and ask if you can speak to a few PhD students about what they're working on and see what interests you. If you're going to put a lot of thought into your future, put a little effort in too. Ring ahead and I'm sure someone can accomodate you.
