im curious too

someone find the class of 25
Just from my experience, it's not that hard to make friends at uni, it just depends on where you are looking.

Nobody wants to talk to some stranger in a random lecture, but if you hang out with people in your tutorial classes and in society events, you're much more likely to find someone who is interested in the same stuff as you are.

It's not as easy as in high school cause you probably won't be taking identical classes, but you can always hang out during times when you both have breaks.

yeah lots of people say that they meet friends in societies. how introverted or extroverted are u? cause I wanna see if that's a factor that comes into how easy it is to make friends in uni

TBH it kinda depends on the environment I'm in. In public, I'm more introverted but in Uni I'm more extroverted. IDK if it makes sense, but I'm pretty smart so at uni I feel like there's less of a chance of me saying something that's gonna make people laugh at me (As stupid as that sounds).

But I feel you'll find your people at uni if you put in the effort. You never know who you'll end up talking to, they might be just praying for someone like you to make the first move.

i mean we've seen the people from bos saying that they've barely made friends in uni and if they do its mostly surface level friendships
bro dont people find their future husband/wife at uni??? im so cooked
its certainly different from hs on some rs but i only say that the friendships are surface level because theyre new people, even as an extrovert, i dont consider people genuine friends unless we know each other inside out. not tryna be negativistic bro

But there are some genuine people ive met and feel the same thing so we become 'friends.' but ive become so used to highschol and how the environment gave u chances to hang out with people without putting effort in so i guess thats why i dont have friends friends. I'd have to get out of my own way and organise something and that is kind of a drag 😭
