if you are really keen to do combined law and you don't get offered the course at sydney maybe you should consider applying for combined law at newcastle? thats only if you can afford to and you really want to do law because the course there isn't too bad

no because they would expect the competition to be high and besides, if your marks are good then you should do well in the HSC and your estimated UAI should be good. They would have a pretty good idea of what to expect from certain institutions by now.

yeah just apply on UAC. They take the best combo of your UAI and university marks to recalculate your UAI but im pretty sure they cant revise it below the original UAI. As for gaining credit for courses already completed i dont know and will have to find that out for myself soon :)
