Re: Celebrating? Had two friends round all day this afternoon after Ancient History. Played Wii all afternoon. T'was great.

I did okay in rankings & assessment marks for all my subjects.... except maths. It's always been my weakest. :)

They helped me in some way, but only from the practice/sample questions they provided. ..though that accounted for very little - eg. Biology topics. If you're a talented student (not saying that I am anyhow), you should have no need to buy them.

I was worried for this section as the topics are so extensive. I did New Kingdom Egypt to the death of Thutmose IV. I'm glad the questions were very common-like, & required just basic knowledge of the topic to apply it to the question. :) I'm happy with my response.

I was stumped at the first look of that question. I had not done much study on Lycurgus, but it soon came to me & I basically talked about basically... everything, as it was so extensive & linked to many things of how the social structure & state as a whole worked, etc.. I hope my answer turned...

I did Hatshepsut - the questions were pretty good, but I re-mentioned a HEAP on both questions, as both had a majority part of each. I did however forget a few minor things in the first question, such as her title of God's Wife of Amun. Crap. :(

Even my friend who was ranked #1 in the class said she finished ~20-30 minutes prior to finishing - & this is coming from a 90%+ scorer in exams! She was even surprised herself, with many many booklets - I was amazed how she did it! I managed to last until the last minute with all mine, & made...
