    Cover up method only works for a linear factor in its highest degree. Consider 1/[(x-1) (x-2)^2 (x-3)^3 (x^2+x+1)] = A/(x-1) + B/(x-2) + C/(x-2)^2 + D/(x-3) + E/(x-3)^2 + F/(x-3)^3 + (Gx+H)/(x^2+x+1). It only works for A, C and F.
