Regional and rural students don't have access to high-quality tutoring services available in Sydney. But their schools and teachers are generally worse than those in the city, so tutoring would help rural students more than most.
That's why I wanted to shout-out RESN: the Regional Education Support Network. It's a non-profit that provides free online tutoring specifically for rural and regional students. It's run by high-achieving HSC students including some who got 99.95. You can send them essays, math problems, or ask for study tips, university application advice, whatever!
