I love the show so much. What do you think of gou/sotsu so far?

omg I didn't even know sotsu was airing there's like 11 eps out already, will start watching today
I thought gou was SO AWESOME, quite literally dying to know how it works out bw rika and satoko, satoko is one crazy possessive girl I love her but she's crazy
what are your thoughts so far

I'm loving Gou as well. Sotsu is a recap of gou but from Satoko's POV with extra scenes. It's getting more interesting. I also want to know what happens to Satoko and Rika, because Satoko seems at the point of no return, but I kind of like her as the villain as it adds more personality to her. I do hope she redeems herself. Also that Eua lady is shady, I wonder what her motive is?

yeah satoko is a good complex character despite being a villain and her VA is talented af wow. and yeah the Eua lady is very ominous I also wonder what she plans to get out of Satoko's involvement in the infinite loop, hanyuu is so much cuter than Eua x3

I love Hanyuu, but I wonder why she's missing? Because in Kai she was a person but she disappeared and went back to being only seen by Rika. Satoko's VA is awesome. She really lives the role. About Eua, she's either bored and wants entertainment or has an ulterior motive. She seems to have an issue with Rika.

yeahh true I remember scenes where hanyuu was hanging out w the gang and they seemed like close friends irl, I feel like once hanyuu's story is revealed a lot of things will start making sense about the curse. eua certainly has an ulterior motive bcs even though she claims she just wants to be entertained it seems like a weird reason to have satoko living in a loop

I really dislike Eua like Rika finally had a good life going for her after many painful yrs of living in a loop and suddenly Eua is butting in smh

I feel exactly the same way. Can't stand Eua. Have you read umineko btw? It's part of the when they cry series.

I know she really stuffed it up. Poor Rika. Do you think Satoko's actions are justifiable?

oh wow I actually haven't heard of umineko, I'll have to add this to my plan to watch/read list. seems like the story and characters are entirely different to higurashi. hmm I do empathise with satoko and her obsession with being glued to Rika in the village forever, after all Satoko has a lot of ptsd and having Rika around must keep her sane

but I think Satoko is also ridiculous for not respecting that Rika has dreams, Rika even wants to share her dream with Satoko but the girl is being delusional and psychopathic, so no her actions aren't justifiable and I feel rlly bad for Rika bcs she's a sweet girl

She does have PTSD I agree. But her lack of remorse is shocking. As for umineko, I personally like it more than higurashi. I haven't watched the anime (apparently it's no good) but the manga is great. Also, rika is in umineko, but I shall not say more

I also get how she feels "betrayed" but like, you can always stay in Hinamizawa. Rika won't be gone forever.

ohh yeah when I looked up umineko I saw a character who looked exactly like Rika :~0 that's good to know, I prolly won't watch the anime then lol.
