Agreed most med students are very intelligent and self-disciplined, but if you look at the marks distribution at UNSW, the mean is ~63% from memory.

I've covered these courses and know how to teach them. Whether I'm a graduate or not shouldn't matter as long as the students learn from me.

You could quite easily have a go at all the high school tutors out there, saying that public school education should not cost anything and that most HSC tutors are not professional chemists, physicists or mathematicians.

$40/hr. Yeah foundations doesn't count, but that's what troubles many students, it doesn't prepare you that well for the courses that come afterwards.
