    i like sight-seeing..??.. i play bass, self taught up until this year, when i realised i needed to get better in order for a better hsc mark...(genius idea, i must say) and i can apparently sing aswell.. hadn't had lessons but can get about 3.5 octaves...

    I've gotta agree that TOTAPS is for both hard and soft tissue... it's the RTP.. Return To Play acronym, while RICER/D is for injury management.. which is also useful for both hard and soft... Does anyone actuallly know exactly what the difference is between soft and hard tissue injuries??

    Hey, just thought I'd put my two cents in, even though it might be a bit late... There's no way that stretching stunts growth, it is even recomended by most doctors to stretch everyday while going through growth spurts, that way muscles have a chance to catch up with bones.
