2. Protein powder is a SUPPLEMENT. It is a convenient way to get extra protein and will only help you "bulk up" if you're lifting and have a caloric excess (more calories in vs calories out)
3. Raw eggs will give you food poisoning. A raw egg does not...
I have to say that only like 3 people from BOS ended up talking to eachother.
Other than that the Trivia Night was awesome (Lawbreakers ftw), Tim Mcgrath talks through his asshole (jks), and the rooms were dirty with Christian Propaganda.

go full fat honestly...the point of bulking is to bulk..(ofcourse you will gain abit of extra fat).
my plan is 4L of full fat milk a day in addition to around 4-5 regular meals.
