Ok, so I basically fucked up in year 11 and didn't learn anything in french beginners. I am now starting yr 12 and don't even know the stuff from first term. What shoud I do? Is there a site I can go to to learn it? Or a book? I'm willing to go as hard as I can as I need to get a high ATAR...

does it help? is it allowed? positives vs. negatives? I had a triple shot cappuccino before my english prelim. exam last week and I think it really helped. I went faster and finished well before the time limit - usually that's a big problem for me.

remember, you can change your subjects quite easily later. I changed about 3 of mine up until 2nd term.

but i thought the prelims are your entry into year 12?

so if I fail a prelim exam, after having satisfactorily completed all assessment tasks, will i be ok? or will i have to do year 11 again?

I would be stoked to get 1st in a subject, maybe a little bit disappointed if I don't get at least one state ranking. Has anyone ever had 1st in everything?

my plan is to travel europe and fulfil various items on my bucket list, either as a gap year or the period before uni (although that might not be feasible)

Re: Illegal strikes by public servants I'm all for them having their say, but they chose the worst possible day. it was the second to last day before my prelims, I needed as much revision as I could get.

yeah I'm planning on having it as a double major at USYD
