3L~4L of water a day, side effects include going to the toilet at least 5 times during school though :S
In terms of liquid, probably even more than 4L when including milk from cereal, soups etc x_x
funnily enough, I decided to buy the sugar-free soymilk from local asian grocery where the content is literally 50% soybean and 50% water so I could taste what true soymilk should be like and the taste of soy in general
It's pretty good and guilt-free as there is no sugar/carbs in it at all...
breakfast : 3 weetbix with Uncle Toby's Omega 3 cereal all with soymilk and homemade chicken corn soup
lunch : apple with rye bread sandwich that had rocket, tomato, chicken and mayo
afternoon snack : 5 cheese flavoured rice cakes
dinner : grilled mushroom and tomato with brocolli and chicken...
Sumo Salad's chicken caesar is a good introduction to salad-haters
well maybe... they really could just be pussies and hate everything somewhat healthy :S
