Apparently all lectures/tutorials start at 5 past the hour, and finish 5 to the hour, so you can have time to get to next tute/lecture.

Thanks for the tip, but I already printed out the one I wanted :) So, say, by some chance, there was an error in the system, and my timetable turns out to be something different... can I just bring the timetable I printed out to the student centre so they change it to that particular timetable...

Well I finalised mine within 3 hours of the timetable being available.. So I guess it's because I got in early, like meteora said. First in, best dressed.. as they say. lol

For a BIOL1003 lecture that I have from 5-6pm, I saw on the central timetabling unit that there is a 'via Lectopia' session from 5-6pm. How can I be allocated to that? Does that mean I don't have to attend the lecture, and just watch it online?

My timetable isn't THAT bad, and I'm first year Pharm. You'll find it in the last page or two.

Re: Summer '08-09 Chatter Thread awesome. might pop into student centre before o-week starts. btw how does 'Lectopia' exactly work? Because I think I might have the option of having my late BIOL1003 lecture via 'Lectopia'. Does that mean I don't attend and just watch it online?

My friday lecture is only for Weeks 11 and 13. Will the new law building even be open by then? Gosh, I hope there's some way I can change that 5-6pm BIOL1003 Lecture. Are there still many students around at that time? So if I go to the student centre, will they be able to change that single...

I was wondering the same thing. But wouldn't they have said something at enrolment (that we need to purchase a dissection kit) ? I don't even think we're going to be doing dissections in BIOL1003
