Do you actually want to do med? Cause if you do, then accounting seems like a pretty strange plan B. I'd think there'd be other health related courses that interest you
for number 3, to be a psychiatrist, you have to do medicine, then specialise in it.
to be a psychologist, you need to do 3 years undergrad, plus honours (or a diploma) then 2 years of experience or professional postgrad study
