Of course it is important to use smacking as a form of disipline responsibly. I got a smack occasionally as a kid and it made me behave.

depends on the situation for me 1hr of classes is way worse cos that would mean like 3-4 hours of travel for 1 or 2 hours of classes. If you live close though it is not too bad to go for one class.

you are clearly ignorant. If people drink underage, they do it in environments in which people can not stop them drinking when they have had too much. When 18 year olds drink it generally happen's in pub's and club's where once they are intoxicated it becomes harder to get more.

This is a stupid idea tbh. If people who are 18 and over are not legally allowed to drink they will anyway and it will be in houses, and places where noone can monitor how much they are drinking, at least now a bar tender can refuse to serve intoxicated people.
