I'll be spending just a little over two months in Antartica on a gap year expidition to study the effects of climate change. Then me and my best friend are going on a Contiki tour around North America and then Europe. Probably end up at mid year enrollment, at UTS completing my PhD in Gastronomy.
They are just normal, self obsessed humans delicately balancing their own needs and wants against the value of your friendship. Don't expect people to roll out a red carpet and welcoming party everytime you call.

I don't know. I'm still skeptical. On one hand the reliability of trusted brands, albeit priced higher, is comforting. But on the other the thrill of "Will it taste like ass or not" would be a fabulous dining adventure.
I had a Design and Tech and Visual Arts major work and got through it with great marks. At the end it can be a bit struggle street and gets overwhelming trying to finish and perfect it - but it's doable. Time management over holiday breaks as was mentioned before is key.
