With lower ranked schools it's difficult to determine the capabilities of outliers, so his ATAR is highly dependant on how he performs externally, ie the HSC exams. So of course 96.30 is possible, just need to kill these exams :)

I think by "internal marks" she means the course mark, not an actual trial mark. But if those are your trial marks then 75+ is possible
