go to all of alex blair's lectures (thats if he still runs the course). He does all the work, draws and explains all the diagrams all you have to do is take notes. His lectures are normally packed with international students because he makes it so friggin easy to understand.

It depends who you work for. Most companies/charities offer a base rate. Commissions aren't always based on sales targets. Eg. telemarketing for a certain charity, as an 18yo 16.5/hr base + commissions based only on credit card sales over a certain amount.
