Depends on the pill. Some have 12 hour windows, some have 3 hour windows. 1 hour shouldn't make a difference. The info in the box usually tells you.

Wearing sunscreen moisturiser every day protects your skin from sun damage. That doesn't necessarily mean sun burn. I plan on having youthful, gorgeous skin for ages and ages. Tan be damned.

Yeah my day moisturiser has sunscreen in it. Neutrogena oil-free moisturiser with SPF 15. I've been using it since I was about 13, because I don't want to get any more freckles.
