i think it depends. a girl i work with got married in her 2nd year of uni, is graduating now and is one of the happiest people i know. on the other hand, shes probably a huge exception to the norm

i got one for grad and its currently being fixed cause it fucked up but it's still fantastic. i <3 them cause they have dates on them. no other fuckin watches do which is why i wanted it. my brother has one too and its the only watch of his that has survived the hell he puts them through.
