    How many hrs per night?

This has been said numerous times before, but just to reiterate: you WILL burn out early studying 8-10 hours/day (well at least I would), and then what will that leave you with? UAI < 30, lolz. It's just not worth it. It's excessive, and it's not going to help you out in the end, so why not just...

    Start out Early

If you MUST go over subjects areas in order to feel comfortable about starting year 11, all I would suggest is that you practice your Japanese and Maths. help please

    (d) is drawn terribly, it seems as if it's supposed to represent two circles, the unshaded circle having a diameter of 15mm. If so it's simple to find the area of the shaded region, just use A = pi ( R^2 - r^2), where R and r are the respective radii of the larger and smaller circle.

hard but not impossible complex q.

Well as has been mentioned above, the argument is positive pi/2, and accordingly, y > 0, and as we know that if the Arg Z = +- (pi/2) gives a purely imaginary complex number Z, then there must be some reason why it doesn't equal - (pi/2). So then Im (z) > 0. From this we see that 2xy + 3y > 0...
