It's just me, i have to study heaps to get good ranks. Intelligent people like you can get good ranks w/o much study. I'm pretty stupid so i just study more. :read:
I can't help it, I feel I need to study heaps to maintain/improve my current ranks.
There's always more essays to write/ rewrite/ memorise, maths questions to do, syllabus notes to make etc.
I'm just following my sister's footsteps to a high UAI.
I've been at it for 3 terms now. how do you know if you're burnt out?
I'm probably immune to it.
Rofl yeahhh i have no life :) Rather hit the books than waste time doing shit at shops/movies.
ahhh shit im wasting time on bos ==" precious seconds ticking away.. :(
Monday to Thursday - ~ 5-6 hours.
Friday - ~ 4 hours. (spend most of my time watching dramas or sleeping)
Saturday & Sunday - ~10 hours.
Yes i love study (:P)
Re: Preliminary HSC Yearly Exams
Our exams also in week 9 and 10 but my exams are all on week 9. (yay) I have an extra week of holidays! That's one extra week to prepare for year 12. (woot)
Pretty sure I'll ace most exams... i just suck at english.
Re: best way to organise books?
Next term (year 12) I'll use a one of those cheap cardboard folders for each subject (colour coded) and exercise books.
At the moment I am using one display folders for all my subjects and exercise books. haha .. the display folder is obese :P
I sacrificed exercise =P rofl, unhealthy i know.. but it's not like i'll turn fat :P thanks to my asianess. Planning to sacrifice... well.. i got pretty much nothing to sacrifice (yay)!
May drop advanced english & focus on other subjects. I suck at english !
But i heard how impossible it is to get band 6 in standard.. ahh :( Do people get band 5s in standard eng?
Dunno what to do lol.
I don't exactly wish to ruin my UAI ( Need 90+).
