Q6 is King's Court, Heinermann Defintion:

This is correct. The King recognised the problem, but the rules still developed in the court of chancery. So that is the most correct answer.

Legal Studies Multiple Choice Q11 - Isn't it Justice?

Ignoring times zones: For example, say Place A has the co-ordinate 150 degrees E and Place B has the co-ordinate 155 degrees E. In mathematical terms, Place A is GMT + 10 and Place B is GMT + 10.3. Therefore, there is a difference in their times. However, if you take into account time...

This is correct. You still have to do the GMT shit, its just that in real life there are zones where places with different co-ordinates have the same time. And it said to ignore that.

So who else thinks we got slid a 2 unit paper?

That was gay. What annoyed me was most of them were questions requiring common sense and problem solving skills (two qualities I severly lack) rather than knowledge of the topics. In retrospect, there was basically no trig, similarity, algebra or statistics, just random stuff. Oh well. No...

Yeah I love Weimer. Techically though, both qs could be from Nazi section. I hate Indochina though. Its repetitive and teaches you nothing but America's need to act as world saviour (and that we already knew)

Why do people always go on about pages written?

I agree. Like, the first thing people ask me is not 'how did you find it' but 'how much did you write?' as if they are one and the same. Just because you wrote '13 pages for each question' it doesnt mean you wrote a strong response. People seem to think that the amount you write is indicative of...
