This is really werid.. Before I fixed this, Windows restart after every 1 minute I have logged on, and a message box pops up saying: I could start it in save mode when this happened and tried doing things such as disabling all services, recovering my registry to an earlier time.. but didn't...

same here :) but it still takes me ~95 minutes or more to get there... :( I've heard sooo stories from the people who live really far from unsw an eventually moved out.. is anyone considering moving out?

ummm... for example, it just says Smith Theater and nothing else.. as for physics, it only says Keith Burrows Theatre :( on the other hand, it says Mathews Theatre B for economics.. :) I have no idea about where to go tomorrow :(

I've always wanted to be there and now my dream comes true ;) hehee.. can't agree more with you on the dodgy IT system.. The interface is just sooooo confusing but yup! while other people have to go to the uni physically to enroll, we can just stay at home :p

how come my timetable does't tell me which parts of the buildings I have to go for chem and physics? :confused: or have i missed it? Thanks :p

ummm.. he got 71.50 :) and I think the UAI cut-offs for BSc and BSc (Advanced) are 80.00 and 90.55 respectively.. any chances for Advanced Science? (he wants a career in science) and what kind of grades is he aiming at? Thank you!

ummm.. does anyone know anything about transferring from another uni to UNSW? Like what grades he has to get and when does the transfer occur... etc? One of my friend is currently studying @ UWS but wish to transfer to UNSW.. He wants to major in Physics in BSc.. any ideas? Thanks in advance :)

Well, assuming you are using XP, the answer is yes :) I really like the networking wizard on XP.. it used to be so werid on 98.. btw, how is your computer networked currently? I've also got a 2-computer network here and they are just linked by one cable using two network cards.. it's working...

that's okay :) I thought you were only recovering photos.. in that case you might want to do a search on the net for other softwares which supports video recovery. I've tried one before and it actually supports recovery of all photos/videos that are stored on your memory but I just can't...
