    Timetabling at UNSW

Those Yellowshirts (bless their hearts) told me that combined law at unsw sees first years study only 12 hours per week (but a tonne of readings i know). They recommended that I organise my timetable as soon as possible. What I want to know is, what's a 'good' timetable look like? Do you...

Ok, here is a little problem that I’d like to hear some thoughts on. Prior to receiving my UAI, I had my mind set on an International Studies/Law course at UNSW. I had researched a bit on international studies at UNSW, and found that one of the ‘specialization areas’ was ‘International...

Just a quick question- can anyone tell me the overall advantages of tying first internally rather than just having 1 student come out on top position? Thanks.

    Define Postmodernism

Too often I hear this word thrown around, especially in EE2. Am I the only one left in the dark? I've been searching up on the internets, but I'd like to have a human response, one which is specific (doesn't necessarily apply to art), more specifically- say, what does one search for in a...

I'm in the same boat as you are, we've currently got an assesment where we collect 4 other related texts, and yes I did choose a poem (Wordsworth's- I wandered lonely as a cloud) - teacher said as long as you're able to make insightful connections, then why not?

    Individual Rights vs Human Rights

Hi, I was wondering whether any of you guys know if indivual rights is markedly different from human rights. I am unsure because I think it would be acceptable to use the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as listing some examples of the types of indivudual rights. Would this be alright...

Conflict Between Federal And State Law

Hi, I have to present a report upon Conflict between Federal and State Law, although I have found quite a number of cases, (I'm using the case of the recent ACT amendments to civil union in 2006) I have to also do a 'general overview' on the why and how of why such conflict between laws...

    Need Help with Subject Selection

Hi, I was wondering if you guys could help me in subject selections for 2007 Year 11. Problem: Apparently my choice of doing 2 Unit Maths in Year 12 in a selective school powerhouse for Maths (2/3 of Year 12 offered to do 4 unit Maths-no prizes for guessing which school), and opting for...
