    Prestige or the course?

good luck getting into the USyd cricket team. Most of USyd's sport teams are pretty good. also, re USyd vs UoW, USyd's arts faculty is legitimately awesome. It deserves its reputation. I would suggest going there over UoW.

    Prestige or the course?

Yeah - also be thankful you're not working on credit hours. Makes graduation requirements look so daunting.

    Prestige or the course?

haha it's worth it. there are some ridiculous opportunities available at top tier american unis. not just ivies, but others. HYPS are still in a league of their own, however. i'm also under the impression that doing Advanced Maths means you can major in Stats, QR, Pure/Applied maths etc...

    Prestige or the course?

Good point - if you're deciding between Harvard and USyd, then ask about prestige.

    Prestige or the course?

Email, look for honours handbooks, go to department websites as opposed to the standard uni website.

    Prestige or the course?

SCIF 1121 at UNSW is a ridiculous course, but I wouldn't use it as a distinguishing factor. Check out the faculty as well, and see what kind of research they're doing. Productive faculty is often a good sign.

Except for the fact that top colleges give heaps of aid to Internationals. So be really smart and poor, and you'll also get in.

transfer into american uni via maq uni

Transferring is ridiculously hard. I suggest waiting until postgrad to go to america.

How come there are no "white" clubs/organisations at uni?

White people haven't systematically oppressed other ethnic groups over the course of the past few centuries. Also probably because groups which are minorities tend to form those groups.

    First Place in Course

because more people are given 50's than there are state rankings. a 50 just indicates a threshold - people can be ranked within the hsc mark of 50, especially coz the bos goes to decimal points
