Just want to know who does what.

I mean, we're always told to have a high level of confidence and to really be happy with the way we are, but when we do do that, we're told to shut the fuck up and pull our head in. Why is that? And do you think you are concieted if you do think you are attractive, cool, smart etc etc. ?
