    Best uni for studying Law?

Yeah she got the LLM at Cambridge I like to think Justice McHugh is an example that the system works too - I don't think he ever got a law degree but made it to the top just through natural brilliance.

    Best uni for studying Law?

I don't really understand anything you write?? Also as far as I know the Supreme Court has nothing whatsoever to do with the setting of university standards or accreditation programs? That sounds a bit far-fetched. I always thought it must be worked out by some sort of statutory committee. I...

    Best uni for studying Law?

Why? That's like saying that intelligence and diligence have no bearing whatsoever on UAI results or that it intelligence and diligence have no bearing on whether you make a good lawyer. Choose your error. I actually do think anyone could become Chief Justice, just not necessarily through...

    URGENT!! occupational & organisational crimes

I think you should do your own work. When you don't even begin to discuss your question, it's quite clear you're just doing it to get homework/assignment help!

Kirby appointed to HCA to 'shut him up':

Hopefully now he will realise it's time to shut up. His contribution has been valuable, but with truly inane comments like those he made in Wurridjal at [214] his reputation will suffer.

    Victoria University - Law

I'm not a VU student so can't really comment on the quality of the course. As for employment prospects, it really depends what you're actually looking for. If you want a position at a top tier firm you're really going to have a struggle and will need probably to top most of your subjects and...

have you ever done well in a law exam even though you thought you stuffed up badly?

I think it's normal to get a much higher score in Obligations. It's more a brief intro to different obligations rather than anything in real detail. Contracts seems a lot more 'in depth' so it's probably more testing of exam technique than obs is

How much will law text books cost me?

It's probably not absolutely necessary to get any of the textbooks. Personally though I like having them anyway, especially ones with decent commentary Also, if you have to bring in a textbook to the exam and actually use it, chances are you're going to do terribly. That's insane

    Year 12 Mathematics Comparison

Yes, the course in Victoria , specialist maths, is definitely not upto the standard of 4u. However most of the talented maths students here take up a uni maths subject in addition to specialist maths during year 12 which has a small impact on their year 12 results.

I'm pretty sure it's 336. A trifecta at the races with 8 horses in it costs $336.

    Pr(atleast 2 sixes)= Pr(2 sixes)+Pr(3 sixes) Using Binomial Distribution Pr(2 sixes)= 3C2(1/6)^2(5/6) = 5/72 Pr(3 sixes)= 3C3(1/6)^3 = 1/216 (5/72)+(1/216)= 2/27 = 16/216 as required.
