General response to how the exam went: Module B

When I ask anyone from my school how they feel about the exam, the general response was "MODULE B !!!" They didn't even have to say anything more and we all got the knew that they screwed up Module B. then again, everyone I asked did Wuthering Heights, and all hated the exam question. what are...

    How did everyone go??

I rather enjoyed that one because I knew I did the best I can. If I still get a bad mark, then so be it, I couldn't do anything more. seriously though, I think I stuffed up the short answer questions but I did answer to the best of my abilities. anyways ... WOO!! one down!!

    Is context important for AoS?

I know context plays a major part in module A B & C of the advanced course, but is it necessary to mention context in imaginary journeys? Btw, I'm doing the poems of Coleridge along with my own texts and the usual booklet stuff.

Question about Frontline and telling the truth.

I know that you have to write about two related texts of your own choosing but how many different episodes of Frontline should you write about? I remember my teacher say that you should have 3 episodes of frontline in mind depending on the question but how many episodes should I write about?

How do I prove this? Trig/induction/dunno question?

I'm not sure if this is an induction question or just a normal trig question. I have no clue how to start this off. (I doubt its induction) Use the result sinAsinB = 1/2(cos(A-B)-cos(A+B)) to prove that: sinx + sin3x + sin5x + ...... + sin(2n-1)x = ((sinnx)^2)/sinx so totally confused.

Help me decide on what subjects to keep or drop.

Okay, I'm currently in yr 11 (or unofficially yr 12 considering all the official yr 12 are off doing their HSC and/or have already finished). I have 13 units at school right now, and yes, I also do about 6hrs a week of tutoring (last term was 3u maths, 2u physics, this term it's 3/4u maths)...

what am I doing wrong in this trig integration question?

for the sake of convenience, I'll call the integration sign :) ... (you know, the sign that looks like a giant 'f' or distorted 's') find primitive of (sinx)^2 :)(sinx)^2dx =:)1/2(1-cos2x)dx =1/2:)(1-cosu)(1/2du) =1/4(x-sin2x)+C the answer at the back of the book was...

So how much of the HSC is based on yr 11 work?

Or is it based purely on Yr 12. (I doubt it but ... ) If part of it is based on yr 11, can somebody please give me the topics that we supposed to have done. My study notes are pretty dodgey and I want to be better prepared for Yr 12. I know the major topics are household appliances...
