11 units hsc? (1 Viewer)

Hey everyone,
A friend of mine is doing 11 units in his Hsc. But I didnot ask how it works?
Would they only calculate half the last subject ir unit?

The HSC calculates the best 10 units with 2 units being English. So it is possible to use only 1 unit of a 2 unit subject in the calculation of the ATAR provided that it is not English.
