"To what extent has studying the concept of physical/imaginative/inner journeys expanded your understanding of yourself, of individuals, and of the world?"

How would you actually go about answering this question, or more so, what would be a suitable thesis? Any ideas or suggestions would be great. Thanks

I did this question a while ago... basically I tried to make connections in every paragraph as to how the reader is shaped in their way of thinking due to experiecing the journey encounterd in the novel/film/poem, how the persona progresses and learns more of themselves and the world they live in due to their journey anndd how the journey undertaken by the persona is a reflection on the social stature of the world at the time.
