if i go to accept an offer. I do it on the Universities page right?!

and if i am hoping for second round preference to squeeze me into another university do istill do all the financial options?!? and all that PLEASE LET ME KNOW SOON! :)

You follow procedures for that university. If it means accepting online, go online. If it means showing up to enrolment day, you show up on enrolment day.
