Apparently for trials 2 kids got 0 for English because they wrote the same essay.
You serious? Our supervisors reckon that's what we SHOULD do, as long as we don't open up the exam booklets while we're doing it they don't care...Hmm. After the Ancient exam yesterday the supervisor wrote my number down because, "I should fill out my student number and section, parts, number of booklets, subject name, date, etc.", during the exam, not after as it is classified as, "cheating". I laughed.
What a sped.A boy in our Extension 2 English class got caught out plagiarising just before the submission of the final draft - he'd actually copied his ENTIRE major work, just changing place and character names, from one of the ones here on the boredofstudies "Resources" page, unfortunately another girl in the class who was browsing through them recognised it and told the teachers. He was "strongly advised" to drop the subject.
Other than that no cheating.
more like what a bitch for dobbing him in!What a sped.
Nope. Most people in my exams go to the toilet to waste time, so it's not that unusual. No one has been caught cheating yet but during the ancient exam heaps of people wrote some of their quotes on a piece of paper that they tucked into their undies. Then they all asked to "go to the toilet". You reckon the supervisors would have realised how suspect it was that around 25 of 66 students needed to got to the toilet lol
I don't think so - he was getting full marks for every assessment and bragging about how nobody was even going to come close to his no.1 ranking. He was ripping off the rest of the class who were actually genuinely working hard on our projects, and lying, and rubbing his good marks in our faces. He was cheating and in doing so wronging the rest of the class - not to mention the actual writer of the story, who uploaded it out of charity for other students - and deserved to be caught. No sympathy for him.more like what a bitch for dobbing him in!
