Please,
School rank: 42

Physics: 10/66 (Trial Mark: 89)- From what I heard only 10 people or so got B6 last year- This year is a much stronger cohort for phys.
4u maths: 3/54 (Trial Mark: 96) -Relatively good math cohort- 13 B6's last yr.
Advanced English: 80 to 100/140 (Trial Average: 72%) (relatively weak english cohort, last year 30 B6s- teacher said around same amount this year)
3u maths: 12/108 (40 B6s last year) (Trial Mark: 89)
Chemistry: 32/104 (28 B6s last year) (Trial Mark: 85) - Strong Cohort

98.4 + ?

Cheers.

Both 97

Probably higher and in between 98.

English is dragging you significantly

You could possibly be on an atar anywhere between 98.5-99.5 if English was much better

Its only 12 ranks though. Look at his English rank. I don't think his math rank would impact him as much as my English rank has impact me.

Wait who is 'in between 98'- the friend? Yes But I don't get English as a subject, it is pretty damn hard and am barely pulling off 14/20's with my best possible effort on English During Trials- that serves a big problem.

I go to the same school as OP
Chem is definitely not a strong cohort, every teacher teaching chemistry in our school this year says we'll get 25 B6s tops. Similarly, English is also a weak cohort, everybody in our grade agrees with that we'll probably get a number in the 20s for B6s in Adv. English.
Maths on the other hand is quite strong, our teachers and ourselves say that we should get more; however I am skeptical because the students in our grade are quite inconsistent in their performance in examinations. For Physics, I definitely agree with OP in that we have a much stronger cohort than last year.
Anyways, to the point:
You'll probably end up with marks of around 91 for Phys, around 90-92 for chem, around 95 in both 4u and 3u (although I think both will depend on externals for both OP and the cohort) and around 82 in English - that will translate to my estimate of around 98.2

True. Thanks man. I gotta try to get 0.2 more now.
