wow actually? 😔
yeah :(
but listen don't get demotivated. you always have your externals which are worth 50%%%. you can always do well in them and get a good ATAR. i am in the same situation for english. my english rank is atrocious but now I am working hard so i can get a good overall mark and thus boost up my average mark. you got this dw!!!

@NINKA12131 from your perspective what level do you think the kids that are ranked higher than you are performing. What do you think they'll get in the HSC. If they're only average then laterz predictions are likely.

They are all like in the 90s region for internals. Also HSC ninja puts my estimated ATAR at like 90 +/- 1, thoughts?

No not exactly what I meant. Do you think that their results will translate to a 90+ in the HSC? What I'm basically saying is are they god tier? The marks you put into HSC ninja are HSC marks combined with internal stuff. Your internal results are yet to be determined and are usually influenced by other peoples performance from your cohort in the HSC.

No but do you think that their skills is equivalent to a 90+ in terms of the HSC difficulty.
ye I guess some of them

So rip me. Do you think an 85+ is manageable?

i would say 85-90 but it is kind of hard to tell where, it is kinda hard to predict from the data because estimating from b6 rate is like estimating from one end of a normal distribution. However, you can still get 90+ if you just perform a bit better/the same as you did internally.

lol thats not how it works. your internal mark won't necessarily be your external mark. your school exams might be easier than hsc, thus it would scaled or moderated down or whatever that is. that's like saying if a person goes to a really high ranked selective school and gets around 80 in all his exams would get a bad atar. no that wouldn't be the case bcoz the hsc would be way easier than their internals

being honest here. there is like a really low chance of a 90+ ATAR
i dont wanna demotivate her but i just wanna be honest coz i dont want her to get her expectations too high and not do as well as she thought she would
just try to do really good in your externals and u never know u might get an 85 (very achievable)

idk man you seem to be very harsh here. Her marks are decent if she gets similar or slightly better results she could get 85-90.

Yea I think this is definitely the most accurate one like around 85-90 and potentially a low 90 depending on strength of cohort + externals.
