"A library has 10 different books on ancient history. If 70 people borrow one of these books at random over a period of months, what is the greatest number of people likely to borrow one particular book?"

In a question like this is it necessary to go through the whole process of to find k or can you always just take 1/10th of 70?

Ohh yeah, i see what you mean since the answer is 7 right?. (i got that :/ through solving the inequality)
And i think we have to show it everytime.

Yep thats it.
It's just a pain going through that because the three or four i've seen are easily solved by just taking the fraction of the total number of options, so i was just wondering if there was any questions where the only way to solve correctly was by comparing coefficients.
