BoS redirecting (1 Viewer)

Whenever a website is posted on BoS I can't redirect to the new site. Does anyone know how I can fix this problem because I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be changing.

No when something like www.myspace.com is posted, I click on it and it will just come up with a blank page.

Inernet Explorer, but my sis downloaded a 'new' updated version internet explorer 7 and everything is hard to find and the troubleshooting was no help either. Oh but this didn't work on the old IE either.
