A. eutrophus is indeed a species of bacteria.
The enzyme you're looking for will be along the lines of 'lactic acid polymerase' or some other -ase tem. However, check if you actually need to know the name of the enzyme(s) (there may be more than one involved,) and then look it up. I'm not aware of any research that talk about specific enzymes.
