Who here coaches a sport... If you do do you have any horror stories...

I have one which is currently killing me
I have 2 girls who have decided to blame the shooters in our netball to be the only reason we loose an one girl took it personally and now they are ALL seriously arguing and the semis are on this weekend and they are all arguing and refusing to throw the ball to eachother ahh i am gonna tear my hair out...

Well, if these girls are over 10, then sin bin them both for this weekend. it'll serve them right. If they can't play a team sport as a team, then they deserve to have a week off to redeem themselves. If you lose in the semi-final, so be it. Thats what happens when you dont play as a team. If they are under 10, just give them a good talking to.

As for coaching teams, I havent done anything yet, but I'll take up some Ds and Es 14/15 Cricket and soccer teams in the coming seasons.
