My creative is about a man going back to the house he grew up in and remembering all the experiences he had there, it didn't have any complication. Is this necessary ?

It doesn't need a complication per se, but traditional narrative structure generally employs one. You can do it without it, but given your premise, I get the feeling it's going to end up either aimless, pointless, or just a retelling.

Consider trying to put a complication and some form of resolution into your idea, and see how that changes the narrative and whether it improves it.
