micro was harder than macro :/
I find it the other way around. Don't even understand interest rates. There seem to be two different kinds of interest rates right now..... so confused arghhhh

do you think we should know wks 1-4 stuff in order to do well in the second test? If I still do not have a very good base of weeks 1-4 material, should I go back and study that or...just start from week 5? I don't know if there's enough time. Not that it's "DIRECTLY" tested but ..
are weeks 5-7 material based on wks 1-4's?
I know a bit of it but not a thorough good grasp..
save mee........

if the expected future rate of interest rises....that means prices of bonds would fall....so people would sell bonds (now) because they'll be worth less later..... but why won't they buy more bonds? (because the interest payments they receive will be HIGHER in the future)

It doesn't matter which stream is the hardest because the exams are scaled by stream and not the entire unit at once.

There's the interest rate = nominal interest rate

and the (nominal interest rate - inflation rate) = real interest rate.

What is so hard?

Did you do Economics for HSC? Macro basically equals that for me, I think that's why I'm finding it much easier.

It's in week 10 (the week after mid-sem break) for stream 4, 5, and 6. I'm pretty sure in lecture time again.
