For family court, id suggest evluations like its advantages, disadvantages which include cost, delay etc and whether all members of the society have even access to resources eg legal aid, representation etc. You might also wanna include that the recognition of specialisation allowed minorities of the society, eg women n refugees more rights and access to legal mechanisms.
yeah basically thats all i included coz this is not a very major part in my essay. =)

yes i think so thats basically what u're required to do for evluating effective or something. however i dont think they'll ask u to evaluate the family court alone. so yeah dont worry too much about it.

Yeah they'll cover more in the Q than just family court. But you should cover the history (i.e. how it was created, what acts etc) its jurisdiction, its positives and negatives etc, and relate each point back to negative or positive efficiency.

how much "history" though do you think they'll expect?

i find that sometimes, many people are in danger of giving a recount/ report almost like a history essay or something, forgetting they have to DISCUSS or EVALUATE.

Not history as such, but like how it was created the acts etc that have changed its powers/jurisdiction.
If you're writing an entire essay on family court you're gonna need a little bit of unnecessary shit
