English Advanced: Area of study: Changing Lives (1 Viewer)

I'm doing an assignment on our area of study, which is changing lives.
We need a film, book, image, etc.
I'm thinking about doing Saving Private Ryan for the film.
What do you guys think? Any other suggestions?

Not really good IMO, the 'changing lives' thing only applies to Private Ryan and he is a very minor character.
