Im doing engineering.

Anyway, I think i see whats going on. They only show whats going on for that week, so I've only got 13 hours for week one. Cause theres all these tutorials and stuff that start week 2.

go to www.newcastle.edu.au/uac/ and follow the exhaustingly stressful enrolling prompts. prior to enrolling you will have to enter your uac number and birthdate and go from there. it's easy (NOT!

DOES ANYONE KNOW IF WE ENROL PER SEMESTER OR YEAR?

yeh i'm sure you don't have to enrol straight away, but preferably soon

as for enrolling for the whole year, you'll have to do it anyway after before sem 1 finishes so you might as well enrol for the whole year and make the changes you need if they arise. You can enrol for both semesters so you might as well

man ive got 21 hours a week. To me that's lax, i had 25 hours last year

wouldn't you just get a timetable then goto uni and muck around with it until it satisfies you?

yeah but with things like tutorials it seems like because there are so many
that they only have small numbers
hell i dont even really know what they are
i am clueless about uni
but i just want a decent time
that fits in with my timetable
coz i am trying to get it down to as little days a possible

it's all good man, you'll be able to work it all out to so that you're comfortable with your timetable. I've already been at usyd for 2 years. They'll probably have a set time when you can goto the student office and change your timetable in person or you can do it easily online through connect.newcastle.edu.au. It's really not too bad, just the transition from HS to uni can be a bitch

didn't even know uni went that far.
I'd certainly jig that
I can't really jig too many though because of a 10% tutorial participation mark
