Ok my ex-teacher/tutor has told us that they can ask us to do these. Is it an assumed skill or is there a specific dot point?

I am quite certain it is not in the syllabus for monitoring and management. However it is in the industrial chemisty option.

That is correct. And remember solvents and solids arent considered in determining the constant K. Only gases.

For Acidic Environment, it isn't. For Industrial Chemistry, it is.
