There are heaps of examples. The Jewish one which I'm sure you know, The Rowanda one, The Armenian one just to name a few.

I did a major investigation for history elective on genocide, prevention and faliure of the un. One major goneocide people always over look is the aboriginal genocide right here in Australia.
