i'm just remembering this from memory last year, but i think it was kevin's (being a transexual) marriage to another was considered valid.

for marriage usually use hyde vs hyde and woodmansee (1866)..i find that one easier to remember than corbett vs corbett...i hate having to remember case studies!!!! or acts!!!

-off the top of my head I think thats right, i might have got the last two points the wrong way around
