1. Define the process of globalisation and explain how it has affected people's lives

For the bolded part, what do I talk about?

Does this include the main indicators of globalisation, such as:
*Financial, trade and investment flows
*Movement of workers between nations
*Technology, communication and transport

One of the first things i thought of was:
Removal of trade barriers - > increase in trade flows -> Increased demand for G & S -> Increased GDP and GWP - > More needs and wants satisfied - > improved living standards.

yup that's on the right track - it has affected people by allowing them to migrate, invest internationally etc. focus on those syllabus points - you can even have things like with technology, it has allowed family members to stay connected around the world. There is so much you could do!

There's great information on this in the first chapter of the Dixon / O Mahony textbook. Try to use that as a starting point. :)
