HELP WHAT SHOULD I DROP (1 Viewer)

hey so i'm either dropping maths ext1 or chem.
i currently do 12 units: maths adv, eng standard, sor1, physics, maths ext1, chem and a language.

i just finished the prelims and did absolute shit at both maths ext1 (40%) and chem (about 30%).

i'm doing really well in maths advanced and physics as i'm at the top of my class for both subjects.

reasons to keep chem:
it'll help with the degree i want to do in uni (medicine)
probably would do better if i had more time

reasons to drop chem:
my teacher. (she pretty much lost my motivation at the start of the year. she relies on us learning from edrolo more than herself plus her personality makes me wanna kms sometimes)
did rlly shit in prelims

reasons to keep maths ext1:
i'm really good at maths advanced (i'm in the top of my class) but i'm so bad at maths ext (i don't put in as much effort as maths advanced and all my subjects).
i heard it complements physics??

reasons to drop maths ext1:
failed all my assessments
don't rlly need it for my uni course

btw i don't plan on getting a tutor cause i'm too broke for that and my parents keep making reasons that "i don't need a tutor" ;-;

I think keep math coz chem might drag u down but not sure, a lot of ppl improve in chem.in yr12

i think drop chem bc personally i think if ur teacher is bad that just sets the mood for a not so good year
