I was just wondering how many hours of study/homework you guys do a week, and how much study should one do while in year 12?

i think 3 hours a night is what ur supposed to do in year 12.. which includes homework notewriting and study.. more on weekends.. but yeh i dont think i have done more than 1 hour of study a night i have a short span of attention lol (plus i have 2-4 free periods a day so i do all my homework at school)

Umm yeah its something like 2-3hrs a night, I would probably manage 1.5hrs a week

hahaha, stuvac i did approx. 7.5 minutes study in the whole 3 weeks.

It varies from week to week for me. I remember at the beginning of year 12 I'd be doing all my homework as soon as I get home but now, I just take a nap Aside from a couple of maths questions, I really couldnt give a stuff namely because I dont need to put in 100% to get the UAI I want. If theres an assessment due, then Id probably take 1-2 days doing it. I think as long as you understand the concepts being taught in class first time around, there isnt really a need to continuously study.

my teachers say that 3-4 hours a night consistently during year 12 will go heaps far to a big fat UAI!, but ahaahh . . . i can never maintain it!

our year advisor said 6 hours a night and more on weekends.
ppppffffftttttt as if anyone has that much time at home on a weekday even without commitments.

i do say 30min of homework a day in my free periods plus i do about 1 hour of school stuff at home per day. so thats 1 and a half hours

at our school they say 3.5 hours per night plus 6 hours on weekend for year 12 ( minimum)

and for year 11

3 hours per night and 3 on weekends

officially its like 3 hrs a night
some ppl do less, some more.

it all depends on how much ur capable if / what uai u need
for me, the uai i need is barely within my abilities, so i have to work to my max. so thats usually round 3 hrs, sometimes 4 / night.

0 otherwise... (writing physics pracs during reccess is quite stressful so i'll probably change this next year )
